What is the difference between 24-hour Action
Lines
& Call Centre HelpLines?
Call Centres are sales orientated and structured to handle high call volumes. But as far as Community Relations are concerned, such HelpLines are neither pro-active nor have knowledge of specific projects.

Prospectus Corporate is structured to handle small call volumes with its On Call Managers having sufficient
knowledge of the clients’ businesses to take appropriate action. We are empowered to take action 24-hours a day. This level of trust is only possible because we only employ experienced PR professionals who know each project, its sensitivities and politics and are skilled at resolving external issues that can impact on contract delivery. This
empowerment and ability to take ownership of problems sets Prospectus apart from competitors.
