Why are fees not based on call volume?
It is not in the interest of our clients. Call Centres that sell products are structured to handle high call volumes with incentives to increase the number of enquiries.

But the Prospectus service is designed to reduce calls and prevent the intervention of Environmental Health Officers. The philospophy is that prevention is better than cure. Our On Call teams are encouraged to be proactive and resourceful with the aim of helping clients avoid contentious issues.
