Why not use the Considerate Contractors’ HelpLine?
This is an good starting point, but it is neither 24-hour nor does it have direct knowledge of individual contracts. It acts as a message taker for participants.

It should be stressed that continuous Community Relations cover is now a contract standard requirement and necessary to comply with some Section 61 applications (i.e. permission to make noise).
