Prospectus
is not a Call Centre. It is the centre of
excellence for community relations where the public is treated
with respect.
Every project is unique with its own environmental challenges
and there is no assumption that the client is always right!
This requires leadership from senior professionals who understand
the issues, can speak with authority and are empowered to
act.
So it is no place for telesales staff trained
in following scripts!
Each account is led by a manager who has held a senior position
within the industry being represented. Technical knowledge
and proven communication skills are both essential.
The company is lead by Clive Hammond, who for five years advised
CBI members on communications. He also has worked at senior
level for blue chip companies in the electricity generation,
telecommunication, packaging and retail sectors, plus held
a pivotal position in the rail industry.
The Prospectus team is credited with

between a British retailer and a national environmental
pressure group;
- founding the UK's 1st commercial environmental
group to help chemical companies overcome negative reporting
and protest campaigns.
