Prospectus Corporate specialises in providing continuous community relations for construction sites in urban areas.

Noise, dust and light pollution problems are inevitable, but often it is possible to identify compromises or concessions. Site congestion causing traffic delays, unacceptable behaviour by contractors and mud on the roads are typical of the minor complaints that can get out of proportion if not handled immediately. Complainants’ concerns can often be resolved simply by providing good information quickly (e.g. indicating when noise will stop).

Not all complaints can be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

By acting as the interface between the Project Managers and the community, we ensure that on-site teams and contractors are able to concentrate on getting the job done. In our growing compensation culture, this protective shield has never been more valuable. Environmental Health departments also welcome our professionalism and availability.

Our On Call teams are empowered to take ownership of problems and act as ambassadors. ActionLines are manned by Public Relations specialists who understand each project, its sensitivities and politics and can provide quality information to all parties. Information flows both ways.

But most important of all, the immediate availability to respond to public concerns is invaluable in establishing good community relations.

Fee Structure
A daily rate is charged with no premiums for call volumes.

Fees depend on the level of service required, which can range from company-wide cover to specific projects where a Public Relations Helpline can be implemented within 48-hours with no minimum contract period.

Short-term contracts have included:

  • Hochtief
    – installation of a new bridge in the centre of Merstham over the Christmas holiday

    – cover during engineering operations
